Q: What is a back order?

If an item is on back order, that mean we have more stock currently in production or more fabric on hand to make more stock.

We work around the clock to ensure all back orders made and processed as quickly as possible.

Q: Can I special order a colour or print Ive seen on KL Instagram but can not find it in the store?

Send us a pic of the bikini you like the look of and we will check to see if we have any of that fabric left.

Quite often we may have just a small amount left and would be more than happy to make one more if we can.

Q: My order only has one item on back order, the rest are not. How will you ship these?

We will ship them all together after the back order item is completed.

If you would like to get the other item/s sooner, please contact us so we can invoice you for additional postage and get your item to you ASAP.

Q: How does the bundle pricing work? It seems to change when I choose different things:

Bundle pricing shown is stated as "From $x.xx". The initial pricing is based on 2x XS Cheeky G or String bottoms & 1x Bikini Top, and represents the discounted price.

The price will increase if you choose different styles of bottoms such as Micro Brazilian or Brief Brazilian with Tie Sides, or additional products like Scrunchies & Top Shapers.

Finally, a 15% bundle discount will be applied to the final price.

Q: Can I make my own bundle?

Our discounted bundles are hand picked by the KL Team based on a range of factors & the % bundle discount will only apply to these select bundles.

Should you need to exchange sizes within a bundle the entire bundle must be returned for Store Credit. The Bundle then can be reordered in the correct sizes.

Q: What payment options are available to me?

Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Zip Pay & Shop Pay are all available to utilise on our website!

Q: Are there any delivery costs?

Yes, delivery costs are associated and we provide standard & express services. Cost will vary depending on your location & the postal / courier services available in your area.

Q: How long will it take to dispatch & receive my order?

In most cases we will have your order ready to dispatch within 1-2 business days within Austraia or up to 5 business days for back orders

We cannot give a specific time frame regarding the shipping itself, but we do provide tracking with our orders for your convenience & peace of mind.

Q: Will I have to pay International tax & duty?

International Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped to.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

If you refuse a shipment from Kristen Lonie Swimwear, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kristen Lonie Swimwear.

We do not offer refunds, only store
credit in the form of a Gift Voucher for the costs of the goods only. Shipping is a third-party charge and is not included in the store credit.

If you are not a resident of a country you are visiting and wanting to purchase our products, please check the rules and regulations with Customs for that country to ensure there is no issue with you receiving packages.

RISK OF LOSS

KL Swimwear is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and in transit with the postal carrier.

Can I use more than one coupon?

No — only one coupon or promo code can be used per order.

Yes, every coupon or promotion has an expiration date. Expired codes won’t work at checkout.

Sitting on rough pool edges, decks, or concrete can cause pilling or snags.

Avoid Hot Tubs

High temperatures and strong
chemicals in hot tubs can be very damaging to swimwear fabric and elasticity

Rotate Your Swimwear

Give your swimsuit time to return to its original shape by not wearing the same
one every day.

Storage

Store flat or folded in a cool, dry place.

Avoid leaving damp swimwear in bags for long periods.

Kristen Lonie Swimwear is based in Australia and will be closed on Australian Public Holidays.

All orders received on an Australian Public Holiday will be processed the next business day.
