Where are KL Bikinis made?

KL Swimwear is proudly Australian owned and operated, all our swimwear is hand made locally on the East Coast of Australia.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located at Coffs Harbour, NSW.

We are proudly one of the very few Australian owned & manufactured swimwear company's in Australia.

Here at KL Swimwear we are committed to using the highest quality Italian sustainable materials wherever possible.

KL ESSENTIALS CCOLECTION: Made of a ECONYL® regenerated Nylon from the Healthy Seas initiative. The fabric is elegant, fine, soft and breathable with a unique mix of muscular compression, comfort and UV protection (UPF50+).

78% Recycled ECONYL® Nylon / 22% LYCRA®

KL SHIMMER COLLECTION:

Made of a Nylon yarn derived from post-industrial and post consumer waste combined with a soft Metallic Lurex. Our Shimmer Collection has been carefully created giving you a fabric that is soft to touch, a beautiful fit, and a subtle eye catching shimmer effect when kissed by the summer sun. This swimwear seasonal trend must have is elegant, sophisticated and sustainable.

SPECIFICATIONS:

48% Recycled Nylon/ 37% Metallic / 15% Elastane

KL PRINTS:

Printed on recycled polyester made from pre and post consumer materials, our exclusive print range is A perfect addition for your sustainable swimwear collection.

(Please note, not all our older printed bikinis are made using this fabric)

Pre Orders & Special Orders

Q: The bikini page says Pre Order?

If you see Pre Order as a button, that mean we have the fabric available but the stock is not yet made.

This is sometimes the case with new colours & prints so our customers can still make the order when they view the new items.

We work around the clock to ensure all pre orders made and processed as quickly as possible.
Allow up to 5 business days for pre orders to be dispatched &
we will notify you right away if there is going to be any delay.

Q: Can I special order a colour or print Ive seen on KL Instagram but can not find it in the store?

Send us a pic of the bikini you like the look of and we will check to see if we have any of that fabric left.

Quite often we may have just a small amount left and would be more than happy to make one more if we can.

Q: My order only has one item on pre order, the rest are not. How will you ship these?

We will ship them all together after the pre order item is completed.

If you would like to get the other item/s sooner, please contact us so we can invoice you for additional postage and get your item to you ASAP.

Bundle Pricing

Q: How does the bundle pricing work? It seems to change when I choose different things:

Bundle pricing shown is stated as "From $x.xx". The initial pricing is based on 2x XS Cheeky G or String bottoms & 1x Bikini Top, and represents the discounted price.

The price will increase if you choose different styles of bottoms such as Micro Brazilian or Brief Brazilian with Tie Sides, or additional products like Scrunchies & Top Shapers.

Finally, a 15% bundle discount will be applied to the final price.

Q: Can I make my own bundle?

Our discounted bundles are hand picked by the KL Team based on a range of factors & the % bundle discount will only apply to these select bundles.

Q: What payment options are available to me?

Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Zip Pay & Shop Pay are all available to utilise on our website!

Shipping

Q: Are there any delivery costs?

Yes, delivery costs are associated and we provide standard & express services. Cost will vary depending on your location & the postal / courier services available in your area.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in Coffs Harbour, NSW 2450 Australia

Q: Do you ship overseas?

Yes we ship globally!

Q: How long will it take to dispatch & receive my order?

In most cases we will have your order ready to dispatch within 1-2 business days or up to 5 business days for pre/back orders

We cannot give a specific time frame regarding the shipping itself, but we do provide tracking with our orders for your convenience & peace of mind.

Q: Will I have to pay International tax & duty?

International Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The amount may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped to.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

If you refuse a shipment from Kristen Lonie Swimwear, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kristen Lonie Swimwear.

We do not offer refunds, only store
credit in the form of a Gift Voucher for the costs of the goods only. Shipping is a third-party charge and is not included in the store credit.

If you are not a resident of a country you are visiting and wanting to purchase our products, please check the rules and regulations with Customs for that country to ensure there is no issue with you receiving packages.

RISK OF LOSS

KL Swimwear is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once it has been dispatched from our warehouse and in transit with the postal carrier.

You must contact their customer support and report your parcel missing.

International Duty & Taxes

Q: Will I have to pay International tax & duty?

Public Holidays

Kristen Lonie Swimwear is based in Australia and will be closed on Australian Public Holidays.

All orders received on an Australian Public Holiday will be processed the next business day.
