We want you to absolutely love your KL Swimwear!
If something’s not quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Please note: we don’t offer refunds, only store credit.

 

👙 Trying On Your Swimwear

For hygiene reasons (as per Australian regulations), please make sure to wear underwear when trying on your new swimwear for the first time.

Ordering for the first time? We’ve got you covered!
If your first order isn’t the perfect fit, we’re happy to exchange it for the right size.

 

🔄 How to Exchange

  • We’ll email you with our return address and easy instructions.
  • Post your item back within 30 days of purchase.

 

💔 Damages or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right for you.

All marked-down items are final — no returns or exchanges

 This policy is in place as these items are heavily discounted and clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

 

✈️ International return Shipping Info

  • For international returns (USA), most customers use USPS (around USD $22.60, as of June 2025).
  • Please use registered post and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Return shipping and any duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • KL Swimwear is not responsible for lost return parcels, so please keep your tracking number safe!

 

💳 Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit (excluding postage) within 1–2 business days.
You’ll receive a Store Credit by email, ready to use anytime for your new size or style! Shipping, duty or Taxes are a third party cost and not eligible for store credit.

Please note: Some prints are limited edition, so we can’t always guarantee size availability.

⚠️  Undeliverable & Refused Parcels RTS


If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, or because it was not collected from a local post office, the following applies:

  • Redelivery: We are happy to resend the item, but the customer is responsible for the new shipping fee. 
  • Refunds: If you choose not to have the item resent, we will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping fee, Duties or Taxes and any Return to Sender (RTS) charges billed to us by the carrier, plus a 20% restocking fee.
