Shipping policy
Full tracking and signature on delivery is included for all parcels. Identification may be required to sign for your parcel at time of delivery. Please keep an eye out for tracking updates.
Domestic Deliveries (Australia)
Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
Express Shipping: 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
- All deliveries include tracking and signature. If you instruct us to leave the parcel at your address when unattended, it will be at your own risk.
- Tracking information is emailed directly from Australia Post.
- KL Swimwear is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen once dispatched. For missing parcels, contact Australia Post: 13 POST (13 7678).
Dispatch Times:
- Most orders are dispatched within 3 business days; backorders may take up to 5 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
- During holidays or promotional sales, dispatch times may be longer.
- If your package hasn’t arrived, check your mailbox for a collection slip to pick it up from your local post office.
International Deliveries
Most international parcels are shipped via Australia Post International Express.
- You will receive a tracking number via email from Australia Post once your parcel has been dispatched.
- USA Customers: Once your parcel has reached the states more updated tracking is available visa USPS Tracking Website
- Track your parcel via Australia Post (for local deliveries)
- If you are not home to sign for your delivery, a collection slip will be left so you can pick up your parcel from your local post office.
*International Service Disruptions & Updates :
Due to current airspace disruptions in the Middle East, shipments to and from the region may be delayed. Some airline services to affected destinations have been temporarily suspended until further notice.

Import Duties & Taxes:
- Import duties, taxes, or tariffs may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations.
- These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Duties and taxes are not included in our prices or shipping costs unless stated at checkout, and they are non-refundable.
Risk of Loss:
- KL Swimwear is not responsible for theft or damage once a parcel has been dispatched.
- Customers accept full responsibility for any loss or damage after dispatch.
- If a parcel is returned as unclaimed, the customer is responsible for any reshipping & Duty costs.
⚠️ Undeliverable & Refused Parcels RTS
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided at checkout, or because it was not collected from a local post office, the following applies:
- Redelivery: We are happy to resend the item, but the customer is responsible for the new shipping fee.
- Refunds: If you choose not to have the item resent, we will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping fee, Duties or Taxes and any Return to Sender (RTS) charges billed to us by the carrier, plus a 20% restocking fee.
